1. Subscription Refunds
FULL REFUND
No Credits Used
If you have not used any of your allocated credits during the current billing period, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription payment regardless of how much time has passed since the charge. This applies to both initial purchases and renewal payments. Simply contact us, and we will process a full refund.
PRO-RATED
Partial Credit Usage (Within 14 Days)
If you have used some but not all of your allocated credits and are within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of unused credits remaining in your account for that billing period.
NOT ELIGIBLE
Credits Used & Beyond 14 Days
If you have used any credits and more than 14 days have passed since your purchase or renewal date, refunds are generally not available. To avoid future charges, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.
2. Credit (Top-Off) Purchases
Additional credit packages (top-off credits) are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are delivered immediately upon purchase and are considered consumed digital goods. Exceptions may be made if credits were purchased due to a technical error or billing mistake on our part.
3. Annual Subscription Refunds
Annual subscriptions follow the same credit-based refund logic: if no credits have been used, you are eligible for a full refund at any time during the subscription period. If some credits have been used and you are within 14 days of purchase, a pro-rated refund may be available. After 14 days with credit usage, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your paid term.
4. Service Disruptions
If ArchFine experiences significant downtime or service disruptions that prevent you from using the platform for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for:
- A pro-rated credit to your account for the affected period.
- An extension of your subscription term equal to the downtime period.
- A refund, at our discretion, for the affected portion of your billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant transaction or receipt IDs.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
8. Free Trial
If ArchFine offers a free trial period, no payment is required during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected subscription plan. Charges incurred after a trial ends are subject to this Refund Policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change. We will post the updated policy on our website.
